It's time to announce our 2022 Teachers of the Year!
We would like to congratulate Ms. Long, Ms. Lahr, and Ms. Kunde for being selected as our Teachers of the Year for 2022! We greatly appreciate the time and energy they devote to our Pride.
Ms. Long, Elementary STEM Teacher
Ms. Long's nominator said the following about her:
"Mrs. Long goes above and beyond in so many ways in and out of her STEM class. In STEM she’s constantly looking for resources to add to the classroom.. She’s applied for grants and received donations to build a stimulating environment for her students. Mrs. Long also works hard in creating lessons that are not only engaging, but also supporting what students are learning In their classes. Outside of STEM class she’s always willing to lend a helping hand to her colleagues and takes initiative in finding ways to do so. She’s truly a team player."
Ms. Lahr, Middle School Social Studies Teacher
Ms. Lahr's nominator said the following about her:
"Despite everything, Sarah has an amazing attitude and she picks up work where work is needed. Even when loaded down with tasks, Sarah does her best work and gives it her all."
Ms. Kunde, High School Math Teacher
Ms. Kunde's nominator said the following about her:
"Mrs. Kunde puts 100% effort into every task. She does not settle with things being halfway done or incomplete. She strives in all she does for total student buy-in and builds relationships with her students through her curriculum in a way that always benefits the students' academic and character growth. "
